as a professional moderator, the first thing is to be "kind". I  used to be a moderator in another technical forum of engineering field. I suppose the manner should be "to give out a direction, and ask people to learn by themselves", not just "help or man".
The forum's usage is to shorten people's learning time, not to 'normalize' the study period. I also understand the task be quite heavy, thus, those 'newbie' should also be considerate!

i think we already spent too much on this discussion. I personally have many other things to do. I tried to stay here serve u guys but I am not a good coordinator. I am not good at helping others.

If u think my way is good and you get what u need. you are lucky. if u think my way is bad u are ft about it. i only can say i am sorry. but i will not change. if all of u feel ft, then i quit.

if u have interest, u can search all my posts here (maybe too many to check). i dare to say that i ask less than 10 (if not 5 or less) questions here. the main purpose i am here is to help more people to knwo and use linux. my own linux problems are solved by myself, not from here. of course i know many friends here, this is my largest gains.

if you questiosn can be solved by other guys, that is better, since this is a forum, for all linux guys. it is not my dragonfly's private forum.
