内核编译完.出现init 问题

内核升级到2.4.22 出现如下问题.
Warning : Unable to open an initial console
Kernel panic:No init found .Try passing init=iption to kernel
我把loopback 编进内核.并mkinitrd  /boot/initrd-2.4.22.img
/etc/grub.conf 有initrd-2.4.22.img因为无法进入系统.之后我把/etc/grub.conf 有initrd-2.4.22.img 去除了.并把/boot 里的initrd-2.4.22
给删了.可还是没法进入系统.问题和上面一样.
是什么地方错了.

but u have " kernel /vmlinuz-2.4.22 ro root=/dev/hda3 "

so root is wrong. use root=/dev/hda5.
