i know the ware but i am in a windows nt domain
and i do not know how to make my console use proxy to get on the web

准确的说是这样的
garnome默认要上网去下载所需要的包
但是由于我使用了proxy上网导致在console下无法正常上网（dns正常，就是无法访问）
所以garnome我用不了
我已经把所有包都下到本地了，但是如何更改配置文件使得garnome读取本地包我不太清楚，请指教，谢谢。

GARCHIVEDIR: If you've downloaded the tarball collection already, point this to the directory your tarballs are in. Example:

    GARCHIVEDIR = /home/jdub/src/cvs/gnome/garnome/DOWNLOAD

o. sorry. i feel happy with gnome2.2 so lazy to upgrade to 2.4. thus i do not know the reason.

我强烈推荐用源码进行编译安装整个系统，当然你要有这个时间和耐性。我正在和XLonestar一起研究GNOME，本来我是准备马上写一份关于GNOME编译顺序的教材的，正好这几天在装GENTOO，所以……稍等片刻吧，呵呵，或许你有人有更好的办法：）
