急啊！请教各位高手！
我的电脑最近刚装了两个操作系统：Windows XP和Redhat linux9.0（先装的Windows XP）结果在装完linux后第一次开机还有选择操作系统的菜单让我选择Dos（Windows）还是linux，结果在我进入Windows后再次重新启动时，原来的启动菜单没有了，结果出现了下面的字符型画面，由于我时菜鸟（对linux更是一无所知），所以不知所措，急啊！！！恳请高手指教，我将感激不尽！！！(我在C盘装的是Windows(ntfs格式） ）
