fedora core 1 编译2.6.0内核问题

由于本人比较菜鸟,不太清楚应该是什么过程,只是下载了内核文件包,解压缩到/usr/src/下,进入2.6.0目录后运行了make oldconfig,make,sudo make install结果最后一步出现错误:

make: *** [install] Error 2

试试先make modules & make modules_install，再make install。
