style problem

I do not like the style of K2.6 both(make xconfig or gconfig).
Can I use the old style used in K2.4 ?

Just type:
make config
that's a text-based config tool.

I misunderstood you. menuconfig is a text-menu style (as the name implies),and config is a text line style.
