我的VMare装好之后的问题？

1.启动后出现
Do not forget to install the VMware Tools package inside this virtual machine: wait until your guest operating system finishes booting, then select menu File > Install VMware Tools... and follow the instructions.
2.点击确定后出现：No bootable CD, floppy or hard disk was detected.
To install an operating system, insert a bootable CD or floppy and restart the virtual machine by clicking the Reset button.
点击确定后没有反映了，左下脚始终出现一个感叹号You do not have VMare Tools installed

为何没有人回答我得问题啊？？？
还有我下载了rfdesktop4.iso.jc通过iso来安装桌面linux，花屏看不到WMware里面的任何东西！！！

1、你已经真确安装了 VMware，只是虚拟机没有操作系统所以让你用光盘启动或软盘启动。
2、You do not have VMware Tools installed,叫你对虚拟系统安装VMware的工具，但你现在系统都没装！
3、为何不搜索一下，讲VMware的帖子很多。
4、别用红旗的Linux，不适合学习用。

是关于装vm-tool的,控制台由Ctrl+Alt+F*切换（相当于Windows里的切换用户)

你在VM的BIOS里调用硬盘启动啊!
