vmware gsx 2.5.0 安装问题！

有那位在安装vmware gsx 2.5的时候，遇到过类似的问题？？
以下是出错代码：

Unable to make a vmmon module that can be loaded in the running kernel:
/tmp/vmware-config2/vmmon.o: The module you are trying to load (/tmp/vmware-config2/vmmon.o) is compiled with a gcc
version 2 compiler, while the kernel you are running is compiled with
a gcc version 3 compiler. This is known to not work.
There is probably a slight difference in the kernel configuration between the
set of C header files you specified and your running kernel.  You may want to
rebuild a kernel based on that directory, or specify another directory.
