in fact.if you are sure that you have installed qt3.3 (you just compiled it form source not form src.rpm),then you rebuild arts-1.2.0mgc.src.rpm.you can try:
rpmbuild --rebuild arts-1.2.0mgc.src.rpm --target=i686(if you like) --nodeps
enjoy.
in fact my Magic1.2pre5's kde is kde3.2.1 now.
