请问如何设置vsftp ??

我用的是 Redhat Linux 9.0
请问如何设置vsftp 使其允许上传？？？谢谢
vsftp.conf 里有一下一段，去掉井号后应如何指定上传目录？？？
还有，要改变用户登陆的目录应如何设置？？？万分谢谢阿
