可以进控制台，startx进入不了gnome？？？

你用的是什么显卡？显卡被正确识别了么？

先装好xterm，再用xinit试一下能不能进最基本的xwindow，

如果不成功，说明xfree86安装配置有问题，看看/etc/X11/XF86config-4先！

如果成功(只有一个xterm控制台，可以看见鼠标，没有任何窗口的“裸露”环境)，再输入startkde(用kde)或者gonme-session(用gnome)，成功就一切OK了。

如果失败，说明是桌面环境(gnome和kde)安装配置有问题，再慢慢查错在哪里吧。

可能是显卡和显示器没有正确识别
