救急，关于编译驱动模块的

我需要一个intel eepro1000的debian的驱动内核采用bf24的，但是apt-get只能找到2.4.18的src，不知道是不是一样的。。

找了篇文章：

可是好像内核的文件结构有很大的不同，而且不知道是不是我搞错了，我make modules总是
The present kernel configuration has modules disabled.
Type 'make config' and enable loadable module support.
Then build a kernel with module support enabled.
哪位能给我些指点呢？
还有就是那个eepro1000的源码是不是要放到/usr/src/kernel-source-2.4.18/drivers/net目录下？？
