升级了2.6.4内核,XWINDW进不去了!!

本人装的是RH9,昨天下了个2.6.4的内核,编译安装好后,两个内核都能用,但两个都进不了X,试了Xconfigurator之类的办法，只提示command not found,
/usr/X11R6里的文件完好．谁能帮我想想办法？

是否把显卡支持编译进去了？

试试redhat-config-xfree86

是不是用Nvidia的显卡?如是,升级前有没有装过NV驱动?如有再装一次NV驱动就可,如不是,我也不知了.

但你最少也说说是什麽ERROR提示啊

我肯定显卡驱动编进去了,又假设我没编进去,那原来的内核不是有支持的吗?那又为什么用原来的内核启动也进不了X?

我意思是NV上的3d驱动,如你之前装过就要这样做.
