吸收不了，除非Windows遵循GPL发布。
到时候看谁吸收谁。

而且臃肿的Windows基础架构不可改变。因为Windows很多程序不是以Source形式发布而是仅仅以二进制形式发布，不可能到了新的运行环境靠重新编译就可以了的。
