很有可能，如果你在console下面，又设置locale为中文的，又没有启用zhcon，那就会乱码了。

shell里面？应该不会啊，ML的konsole中文支持还是很不错的，除非你的locale有问题。

i18n文件如下：
LANG=zh_CN.GBK
LC_ALL=zh_CN.GBK
这些都没有更改过，都是系统默认的

那些内容不是中文的，所以乱码也不是locale的问题，怀疑man文件本身问题。

多出来的到没什么大问题,要是替换了原来的文字就惨了.
不过还是希望在正式版中能解决这个问题.这个始终要做的
