kplayer无法加载字幕！

如题，不知如何设置！即使ctrl+s选择字幕文件，也不能显示,怎么办？

我的kplayer不能加载字幕，播放rm格式不能脱拉进度条！

大致信息如下：

都怪我没写清楚，你误会了，我是说搞定了播放mkv显示中文字幕的问题(我不加参数播放是乱码----其实字幕是一条直线 )，不是说mplayer的中文界面。。。
我编译的gmplayer中文界面也正常，我编译的参数是
./configure --enable-gui --with-codecsdir=/usr/lib/w32/ --language=zh_CN --enable-freetype

我的系统是ML1.2pre6(六一)，没改动过什么系统设置。你那个好象是字符集的问题吧。
