Why only club member can download software??

I think it's wrong!Does Linux stands freedom???Athough I am the club member,
I think the others can download the software ,too!

一方面公社服务器承受能力有限，只能对用户作一些限制。
另一方面也可以对公社实际用户数量有一个比较精确的估计。
也可以防止某些网站盗用本站的链接。
再者，来这里下载软件的应该也是Linuxer吧，注册对他而言只有好处没有坏处。
