说一下在gnome[gentoo]下如何中文化吧！！！

到现在我的gnome的中文还是不好看呢。而且还没法用输入法[gWuBi].

I donl't like xft, and the AA font. so I disable xft support.
so I added "export GDK_USE_XFT=0" into /etc/env.d/00basic, and then type "env-update" for that.
