求救，debian下latex!!!

昨天搞了搞texlive2003，但网上下的gbkfonts在我的机器上就是不好使，后来听说ustc上有texmf-zh
就把texlive删了，装了tetex-base,tetex-bin,tetex-extra等，就成现在这样了
$latex test.tex
This is e-TeX, Version 3.14159-2.1 (Web2C 7.4.5)
kpathsea: Running mktexfmt latex.efmt
fmtutil: config file `fmtutil.cnf' not found.
I can't find the format file `latex.efmt'!

/usr/share/tetex-bin/fmtutil.cnf.1.0.7

/usr/bin/fmtutil

Maybe you can copy the ".cnf"  to somewhere like /etc
