Mail Client question

Hi folks,

BLFS 6.1
(to be used as workstation only, not as mail server)

I'm prepared to install Procmail.  Which Mail Server Software would you recommend;
Exim
OR
Sendmail

The workstation will collect mails from POP account.  Whether I also need "Fetchmail"

As a workstation, a mail client with gui is better than the command line, i think. hehe. So if i were you, i could choose the thunderbird.

Tks for your advice.  I already have Thunderbird-1.0.6 up running

Thunderbird can now receive and send emails.

But having problem on building the Enigmail extension during running following steps;
tar -zxf ../enigmail-0.92.0.tar.gz -C extensions &&
tar -zxf ../ipc-1.1.3.tar.gz -C extensions &&
build/autoconf/make-makefile extensions/ipc extensions/enigmail &&
make -C extensions/ipc &&
make -C extensions/enigmail[code:1]bash: autoconf/make-makefile: No such file or directory[/code:1]Any suggestion to fix this problem.
