1. Bachelors or Master Degree or equivalent in Computer Science and electronics or relative majors. China-top50 famous universities graduated is preferred
2. Above 3 years experience in embedded software development
3. Fluent Japanese, Excellent commnication & coordination skill
4. Rich experiences and proven ability in project management and customer management
5. Familiar with software development process, outsourcing management experience is preferred
6. Familiar with electronics industry, know technical trend in electronics industry
